Privacy notice
What we collect
- What you send us in the pilot form: name, work email, organization, kind of business, team size, the tools you use, and your message.
- Basic, cookie-free usage events: page views, which sample night or button you used, the campaign link (UTM) you arrived from, the referring site, your approximate country, and device type.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, kept only to prevent spam and abuse. We don't store the IP itself.
Why we collect it
To reply to your application, set up a pilot if you ask for one, and understand which channels bring people to FeedEra. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising profiles.
During a pilot
We connect only the files and accounts you authorize, read-only first. Anything that would change money, customers or records waits for your approval. The terms of a pilot are agreed with you in writing before we connect anything.
Where it lives and for how long
Form submissions and events are stored with our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare). We keep form submissions while we have a business relationship or open conversation with you, and usage events for up to 13 months.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time. Reply to any email from us, or send the pilot form with "privacy request" in the message, and we'll act on it promptly.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date above.
